Background
On or around
1964 Fairchild Industries & Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. entered into a production
licensing agreement to produce the PC-6 aircraft, FAA T.C# 7A15, and ultimately
the military version AU-23 “Peacemaker”. Fairchild produced roughly 92
aircraft under this agreement & shipped 30+ to the Government of Thailand
as PC-6/C1-H2 “Peacemakers”. In 1987 the production program was sold to
Maryland Air Industries who established a blanket FAA-PMA program for all
material on the aircraft. The Fairchild Aircraft Industries FAA Production
certificate was terminated by this sale. In 1994 Styles Aviation, Inc.
acquired certain Fairchild PC-6 & AU-23 rights, aircraft parts &
documentation from Maryland Air Industries which included the following:

60,000+ Pilatus &
Fairchild Blue Prints, Revision Drawings & Technical drawings, dated
1960 to 1981, for production of detailed parts through complex assemblies.

2,000+ Pilatus & Fairchild
Blue Prints detailing Tools required for production of the PC-6 “Heli-Porter”
& AU-23 “Peace Maker”.

35+ office filing cabinets
that contain the entire 1960 to 1980 paper trail of Fairchild Industries
and Maryland Air Industries production run. Examples of this data: Engineering
changes, Stress reports, Vendor & Customer correspondence over the
life of the program and Aircraft parts, service & flight manuals.

Approximately 10+ tractor
trailer loads of tooling, jigs and production fixtures in various conditions.
Styles has re-activated the main fixtures, Fuselage, Wings, Tail &
Wing , by completely sand-blasting, painting and recalibration for daily
use in our FAA/ JAA repair station. The balance of tooling, jigs and production
fixtures are “As-Is” condition and will require re-work.

Approximately 700,000
inventoried parts in various conditions: “Raw” off the production line,
Vendor acquired and 100% completed/inspected under Fairchild Aircraft Industries
production certificate. In addition a large portion of the stock from Fairchild
/ Maryland Air was purchased directly from Pilatus and numerous USA based
OEMs and still remains in a current un-used state.

like Engine upgrades, Floats installations and Military gun installations
for the AU-23 program.

for the Fairchild Aircraft Industries FAC-7 aircraft.

Since the Maryland
Air acquisition we have bought numerous spares inventories, damaged project
aircraft and flying aircraft. As a result we have accumulated numerous
Consumable, Expendable and Rotable parts for both Pilatus & Fairchild
PC-6 aircraft. Highlights that will be included as a result of this sale
would be:

Exclusive OEM spares &
service support of the Royal Thai Air Force’s 18 flying AU-23 “Peacemaker”
aircraft. The business relation with the RTAF was virtually nonexistent
when we acquired the Fairchild program and subsequently Styles has been
re-established yearly orders that have gone as high as $700,000 which included
production of obsolete items and the overhaul of RTAF owned material.

A large inventory of “AR”(As
Removed) and Damaged Wings, Controls, Tail Gears, Skis, Props, Doors which
will all require Overhaul or Repair.
